Our Favorite Balsamic Vinaigrette. The quality of the balsamic vinager and olive oil are both very important in this recipe.

| 1/2 cup good quality extra virgin olive oil |
| 1/4 cup good quality balsamic vinegar |
| 1 tsp dijon mustard |
| 1 clove garlic, pressed |
| 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce |
| salt & pepper to taste |
BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE Directions
- Combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper together in 2 cup measuring cup. Wisk until thick and smooth. May be stored in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
