| 2 tbsp fresh oregano (leaves only) |
| 1/3 cup red onion or shallots, roughly chopped |
| 3 cloves garlic, peeled |
| 1 tsp red pepper flakes |
| 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil |
| 1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
| 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice |
| 1 tsp kosher salt |
