Ingredients
To roast:
| 5 lbs tomatillos, husked, rinsed, cut in half |
| 2 serrano peppers |
| 2 poblano peppers |
| 1 large red onion |
| 6 cloves garlic |
| 2 tbsp canola oil |
To blend in:
| 2 limes, juiced |
| 1 tsp cumin |
| salt & pepper to taste |
| 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, to taste |
| 1 handful cilantro |
TOMATILLO SALSA Directions
- Put the vegetables on a pan to roast (convection roast, 375 degrees) for about 30 minutes.
- Put the roasted vegetables into a blender and add the other ingredients. Blend to desired consistency. Add water if too thick.
